A Graphic of your choice

A Bottom Edge Mask of your choice

A Mask of your choice

Plugins:

Funhouse  HERE

Brushstrokes  HERE

Let's Begin

1  File > Open

Open your graphic of choice

2  Window > Duplicate

Close original

3  Image > Resize

Settings:

Lock aspect ratio = Checked

Resize all layers = Checked

Resample using = Smart size

Width = Will self adjust

Height = 350 pixels

4  Duplicate your graphic and

minimize copy for later use.

5  Dropper Tool (E)

Foreground

Left click for light to medium color 

from your graphic

6  Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling

Settings:

Default

7  Adjust > Blur > Radial Blur

Settings:

Spin = Checked, Strength = 90

Elliptical = Checked, Horizontal Offset = 15

Vertical Offset = 0, Protect Center = 0

8  Effects > Plugins > Fun House > Chaos Mirror

Settings:

Uncertainty = 179

9  Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling

Settings:

Default

10  Effects > Plugins > Brushstrokes >

Angled Strokes

Settings:

Direction Balance = 50, Stroke Length = 15

Sharpness = 3

11  Effects > Edge Effects > Enhance

12  Materials Palette

Set your background to pattern with the

pattern we just made.

Settings:

Angle = 0, Scale = 100

13  File > New

Settings:

Width = 1024, Height = 450

Raster Background

Color depth = RGB-8 bits/channel

Transparent = Checked

14   Flood Fill Tool (F)

Settings:

Match mode = None

Use All Layers = Unchecked

Blend mode = Normal, Opacity = 100

Fill with your pattern

15  Layers > Load Mask From Disk

Load your bottom edge mask

of choice.

Settings:

Source Luminance = Checked

Fit To Canvas = Checked

Invert Transparency = Unchecked

Hide All Mask = Checked

Note:

You may have to change the

transparency setting depending on

your mask.

16  Layers > Merge > Merge Group

17  Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow

Settings:

V & H = 4, Opacity = 50, Blur = 5.00

Color = Black

Shadow On New Layer = Unchecked

18  Restore Up Copy Of Graphic

19  Layers > Promote Background Layer

20  Layers > Load Mask From Disk

Load mask of your choice

21  Layers > Merge > Merge Group

22  Edit > Copy

23  Edit > Paste As A New Layer

24  Layers > New Raster Layer

Add your watermark and any text

you may wish

25  Image > Canvas Size

Settings:

Width = 1024, Height = 2000

Top Middle Arrow = Checked

26  Layers > New Raster Layer

27  Layers > Arrange > Send To Bottom

28  Flood Fill Tool (F)

Fill with your chosen color

29  Effects > Texture Effects > Texture

Settings:

Texture = Canvas Fine, Size = 50

Smoothness = 0, Depth = 1

Ambience = 0, Shininess = 0

Color = White, Angle = 315

Intensity = 50, Elevation = 30

30  File > Export > JPEG Optimizer

Set compression value = 25 - 30
