Supplies Needed: PSP Trial Version
Here A Graphic of your choice(Needs to be wider than higher) 20-20 Mask A Bottom Edge mask of your choice Plugin Filter: Cybia: Screenworks Here
Let's Begin:
1. File:Open your graphic in PSP.
2. Duplicate and close original.
3. Resize to a height of no more than 350, width will self adjust.
4. Edit: Copy then minimize for later use.
5. Pick a color from your graphic for your background.
6. Open a new transparent image 1024x400 or 1280x400, whichever you prefer.
7. Select all.
8. Edit: Paste into selection.
9. Select none.
10. Adjust: Blur: Gaussian Blur:

Radius: 15
11. Plugin: Cybia: Screenworks with these settings:

Fine Rule
Transparency Mode: 20
12. Maximize your graphic.
13. Layers: promote Background layer.
14. Load 20-20 Mask from disk

Source luminance: Checked
Fit to canvas: Checked
Invert transparency: unchecked
Hide all mask: Checked
15. Layers: Merge group.
16. Plugin: Cybia: Screenworks: Same settings as before.
17. Edit: Copy: Paste as a new layer and position where you want it.
18. Layers: Merge Visible.
19. Load Bottom Edge Mask from disk:

Source luminance: Checked
fit to canvas: Checked
Invert transparency: Checked
Hide all mask: Checked
20. Layers: Merge Group
21. Effects: 3D Effects: Drop Shadow with these settings:

V&H: 3
Opacity: 50
Blur: 10
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer: Unchecked
22. Layers: New raster layer: Add text if you wish and your watermark.
23. Image: Canvas size:

1024x2000
Top middle arrow: Checked
*Note* This is just a guideline. You can make the width 1280 if you wish.
24. Layers: New raster layer: Arrange: Send to bottom.
25. Flood fill with your color.
26. Adjust: Add noise:

Uniform: Checked
Noise: 5
Monochrome: Checked
27. Layers: Merge all: Flatten.
28. Save with Jpeg Optimizer set at 25-28 and you're done!
*Note* In Letter Creator if you don't want your text to scroll, you need to be sure to check tile when you put the letter together.
