unless otherwise noted.
Let's Begin
1 File > Open (Ctrl + O)
Open
your graphic of choice.

Window > Duplicate Twice (Shift + D)
Close
original

Minimize one copy of
your
graphic for later use.

Dropper Tool (E)
Foreground
Left
click for light to medium color
from
your tube.

Image > Resize
Settings:
Width = 1024, Height = 450
Resample using = Smart Size
Lock
aspect ratio = Unchecked
Resize all layers = Checked

Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling
Settings:
Default

Adjust > Blur > Radial Blur
Settings:
Twirl = Checked, Strength = 30
Twirl
Degrees = 25, Elliptical = Checked
Horizontal Offset = 5, Vertical Offset = 5
Protect Center = 0

Stroke Length = 6, Stroke Detail = 4
Texture = Canvas, Scaling = 100%

Layers > Load Mask From Disk

Load your bottom edge mask of choice.
11 Layers > Merge > Merge Group
12 Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical = 4, Horizontal = 4
Opacity = 60, Blur = 5.00, Color = Black
Shadow on new layer = Unchecked

Restore up copy of graphic.

Image > Resize
Settings:
Lock
aspect ratio = Checked
Resize all layers = Checked
Resample using = Smart size
Width
= Will self adjust
Height = 375 pixels

Layers > Load Mask From Disk
Settings:
Your choice
Load
mask of your choice.

Edit > Copy Merged

Edit > Paste As A New Layer

Add your watermark.
Note:
At this point, you can add
any
text you may wish.

Placement = Top Middle Arrow

Flood Fill Tool (F)
Settings:
Match mode = None
Use
All Layers = Unchecked
Blend
mode = Normal, Opacity = 100
Fill
with your chosen color.

Adjust > Add/Remove Noise >
Add
Noise
Settings:
Gaussian = Checked, Noise = 5
Monochrome = Checked

File > Export > JPEG Optimizer
Set
compression value = 25 - 30
